Juggling multiple teams for one marketing campaign? Waiting days for a simple segment update? There's got to be a better way—and there is. Meet ZEPIC's AI marketing tool, where what used to take teams and weeks now takes you and minutes.
Marketing, as we know it, is rapidly changing, with customers becoming ever more omnipresent and omnichannel. While many AI marketing tools promise to solve every problem, brands with weak omnichannel marketing strategies only retain about 33% of their customers. This is why marketers need tools that can deliver seamless and proactive engagement across all channels.
So, what can ZEPIC's AI marketing tool, Zenie, do for you?
Create multichannel campaigns without coding (or playing hide-and-seek with your dev team)
Generate hyper-personalized content backed by real customer data (no more guessing what works)
Build customer segments in minutes, not meetings (goodbye endless email threads)
Design on-brand visuals instantly (without bugging your designers)
Connect with any tool in your tech stack (yes, even that temperamental one)
Launch compliant campaigns globally (keeping legal happy and your inbox emptier)
Zenie’s Origin Story
When our team at ZEPIC took a stab at bringing Zenie to life, AI was becoming the talk of the town. We knew Zenie should be more than just another co-pilot or agent—it needed to be omnipresent throughout ZEPIC.
The reality was clear: the martech world was fragmented, with tools sprawling everywhere. Marketers still depended on multiple teams just to activate one campaign.
In ten months, we built a 100% self-serve, no-code platform with 50+ integrations and verticalized industry models. By fusing Customer Engagement and Data Platforms, we created something our early-access customers love.
While other AI tools focused on basic automation, we made Zenie a co-pilot and agent in one—available 24/7, bringing accuracy and speed to campaign activations.
Zenie AI in action—A real-world use case
Let's follow Amy, our lifecycle marketer at Papaearth (a beauty and wellness DTC brand), to see how Zenie transforms everyday marketing challenges. With the festive season approaching—from Thanksgiving and BFCM to Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's—Amy has to manage endless checklists, create content, analyze segments, and coordinate with tech teams to run perfect campaigns.
In the midst of this busy period, Amy got called into a planning meeting to discuss how Papaearth can send personalized offers to customers. The brand had also recently onboarded a new service management system.
Amy felt it would be good to get a cohort or segment of customers who have not raised a service ticket and have placed a couple of orders with Papaearth. She wanted to create a personalized offer for this set of customers.
Breaking down the challenge
Amy walks into the meeting with Zenie AI, ZEPIC’s AI engine, in tow and lists out the following tasks:
Model the data object to get just the required fields and integrate ZEPIC with the customer support system
Build a holistic 360-degree view of the customer
Create a few segments and understand the number of customers who fall into them
Conceptualize a few multi-channel flows using Email & WhatsApp
Generate & personalize the content— both creatives & template copy
Integrating with the customer support system
Amy logs into ZEPIC, and she lands on the homepage. Zenie, ZEPIC’s AI marketing tool, is waiting to assist.
Before integrating with the customer support system, Amy needs to complete one crucial first step—creating a Support-related object in ZEPIC. Think of it as a container that stores all your customer support ticket data in organized fields. Without ZEPIC and Zenie, this task would typically require both a data analyst and an IT integration team. This object acts as a structured container, storing all the incoming data from the customer support software in organized fields.
Creating Objects
Amy clicks on Objects and lands on the following page.
She now has several options to create the Ticket Object—select a pre-populated prompt from the Prompt Gallery, type in a custom prompt, paste JSON data from a CSV import, or simply click the Mic Button and give Zenie voice commands.
She clicks the Generate button, and Zenie creates a draft Ticket Object.
Using Connectors in ZEPIC
Now that Amy has the Object set up, it’s time to bring in data from her customer support system. She navigates to the connectors catalog and clicks on “Catalog”
She is presented with a list of pre-built connectors. She then clicks on Customer Support and selects the appropriate application.
Amy enters the API details of the customer support system (say Gorgias) in ZEPIC.
She then goes ahead, applies a data filter or transforms certain fields, and finally maps the fields from the pre-built connector to the Ticket Object she just created.
And just like that, Amy, the marketer, has integrated her customer support system with ZEPIC—no code, no fuss, all thanks to Zenie AI.
Intelligent Segmentation
Now that the fields are mapped and the sync has started, Amy calls upon Zenie again to create a few segments.
When Amy decides to create a customer segment, Zenie presents her with multiple intuitive options:
Write and refine a custom prompt.
Choose from the "Smart Cohort" list—Zenie's recommended segments based on the underlying data object.
Use voice commands through the mic to create segments instantly.
In a world without Zenie & ZEPIC, this process would require multiple teams and significant lead time—just to get data consolidated and test basic segmentation hypotheses. What Amy now accomplishes in minutes would traditionally take days or weeks of cross-team coordination.
Creating automated Flows
With her target audience identified, Amy moves on to crafting a multichannel engagement flow. Using Zenie, she can either generate an automated workflow framework or choose from pre-built templates in the Prompt Gallery.
Within the flow framework, Amy can customize every aspect of her campaign: setting triggers, selecting templates, adding action steps, and fine-tuning the sequence—all before publishing the final workflow.
Creating WhatsApp & E-mail Campaigns
Amy still has one important step— creating copy for the WhatsApp & Email Campaigns.
This is where Zenie truly shines, flexing its creative capabilities to generate content with perfect tonality, support for multiple languages, and smart placeholder attributes for personalization.
Zenie generates the WhatsApp copy and gives it a name.
It also generates the message with relevant placeholders & emojis.
Image Generation
To make her messages more engaging, Amy decides to add images. With Zenie's help, this is just a click away—she simply needs to select Header > Image to access the image generation features.
Amy generates multiple options to get the right creatives. She can customize every aspect—from picture size and style to camera angles, scenes, and color tones. For quick inspiration, she can also browse the Prompt Gallery of pre-designed options.
Amy can write a prompt or instruct Zenie.
After Zenie generates the initial image, Amy notices the Papaearth brand name is missing. She quickly refines her prompt to include this crucial element and regenerates the image.
Zenie re-generates the image with the Papaearth logo
Campaign Launch
Amy adds the image to her template and, using ZEPIC's Meta integration, submits the WhatsApp message for approval in minutes—all without leaving the platform.
The final steps are straightforward—Amy creates a triggered campaign, assigns her template to the flow, tests it with a sample segment, and then publishes the activated workflow.
This martech journey of quickly identifying opportunities through the event, profile & transaction data, the ability to segment and analyze the data and then quickly act on it through hyper-personalized campaigns, is what ZEPIC wants to transform. Our mission in this journey is to empower the marketer to be fearless.
Zenie—Your Omnichannel Sidekick
Think of Zenie as your expert team member who understands the full context of your marketing needs. From refining email subject lines and adjusting WhatsApp message tones to generating templates in indigenous languages like Fijian—Zenie handles the nuances that truly matter to marketers. Taking this flexibility further, ZEPIC is now working on enabling enterprises to integrate their own LLMs into the platform.
Compliance and Data Protection
ZEPIC is built with compliance in mind. It adheres to data protection regulations, such as GDPR for email campaigns, and ensures that your Email & WhatsApp engagements meet privacy standards. The guardrails we have put in place specifically with Zenie are to prevent prompt injection attacks & filters to weed out profanity & sensitive topics. This focus on compliance means you can use Zenie confidently, knowing your data and user information are managed responsibly, and avoiding generating outputs that are outside the data set that the LLM is trained on.

Desperate times call for desperate Google/Chat GPT searches, right? "Best Shopify apps for sales." "How to increase online sales fast." "AI tools for ecommerce growth."
Been there. Done that. Installed way too many apps. But here's what nobody tells you while you're doom-scrolling through Shopify app reviews at 2 AM—that magical online sales-boosting app you're searching for? It doesn't exist. Because if it did, Jeff Bezos would've bought (or built!) it yesterday, and we (fellow eCommerce store owners) would all be retired in Bali by now. Growing a Shopify store and increasing online sales isn’t easy—we get it. While everyone’s out chasing the next “revolutionary” tool/trend (looking at you, DeepSeek), the real revenue drivers are probably hiding in plain sight—right there inside your customer data. After working with Shopify stores like yours (shoutout to Cybele, who recovered almost 25% of their abandoned carts with WhatsApp automation), we’ve cracked the code on what actually moves the needle. Ready to stop app-hopping and start actually growing your sales by using what you already have? Here are four fixes that will get you there!
The Painful Truth: You're probably losing about 70% of your potential sales to cart abandonment. That's not just a statistic—it's real money walking out of your digital door. And looking for yet another Shopify app for abandoned cart recovery isn't going to fix it if you're not getting the fundamentals right.
The Quick Fix: Everyone knows you need multi-channel recovery that hits the sweet spot between "Hey, did you forget something?" and "PLEASE COME BACK!" But here's the reality—most recovery apps are a one-trick pony. They either do email OR WhatsApp, not both. And don't even get us started on personalizing offers based on cart value—that usually means toggling between three different dashboards while praying your apps talk to each other.
Enter ZEPIC: This is where we come in. With ZEPIC's automated Flows, you can: Launch WhatsApp recovery messages (with 95% open rates!) Set up perfectly timed email sequences (or vice versa) Create personalized recovery offers not just on cart value but based on your customer’s behavior/preferences Track and optimize everything from one dashboard
Fix #2: Reactivate past customers today
