2024 was nothing short of legendary! SpaceX launched its Starship, Yusuf Dikec effortlessly won silver in the air pistol mixed event at the Olympics (with one hand in his pocket!), Moo Deng had us all hooked, and Gukesh reigned supreme as the youngest chess world champion.
Talk about a year when dreams came true.
While the world cheered for these remarkable milestones, we were also busy crafting our own. We dared to dream big too—and the results were extraordinary.

Every great story has a turning point, and ours was in March when ZEPIC was selected for Cremorne Digital Hub’s (CDH) inaugural CDH Scaleup Program, backed by the Victorian Government in Australia.
Out of 40 companies from around the world, four were chosen for this program, and we were elated to be one among them. This win was the momentum-builder that set the tone for our launch and an unforgettable year.
April 18th wasn’t just any day—it was the day. On a sunny morning filled with anticipation, we announced our pre-seed funding and launched ZEPIC into a maze of big, tedious, and convoluted marketing platforms.
The world took notice as media powerhouses like Hindu BusinessLine, The Times of India, NDTV Profit, Mi3, Inc42, and StartupTN joined us in announcing the launch.
Of course, this was only the beginning!
We had a product that could change the game for retail brands, and our goal was to make eCommerce borderless & omnichannel. Now, the big question was and always is—how do we showcase its power to the world? Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC)’s Build For Bharat hackathon provided the perfect platform.
It wasn’t easy. Picture this—3,500 registrations, 500 fierce contenders, and one audacious dream. We rolled up our sleeves and poured our hearts into showcasing how ZEPIC could revolutionize D2C marketing.
And boy, did we deliver! On May 29th, we secured our victory in the NextGen Ventures challenge of the Retail Commerce category.
It was more than a win—it was validation that we were raising the bar for personalized, omnichannel customer experiences.
Every great platform needs a community of believers to get started, and in 2024, ZEPIC found its champions in our early-access customers. These trailblazers were partners in shaping our platform into the powerhouse it is today.
Our very first customers, Tourism Fiji, Cybele Stores, and Vodafone Fiji, took a leap of faith with us, trusting ZEPIC to transform their customer experiences. And what a journey it’s been! Helping such iconic brands grow and connect with their global audience is a constant source of inspiration.
In July, after all the hard work, the team decided it was time for a breather. And what better way to recharge than a trip to the Queen of Hills, Ooty? With endless laughter over hot chai and impromptu photo sessions, the retreat became a memory we’d cherish forever. This trip was a perfect reminder of why we’re all in this together.
September marked another milestone—ZEPIC was officially listed on the AWS Marketplace. It felt like our platform had found a new home, a place where businesses from all corners of the world could use ZEPIC to transform their customer journeys. Our launch here sowed the seeds to many big things to come later on in the year!
Then came October, and with it, the launch of Zenie—our transformational AI engine powering the marketing sidekick you wished you had.
We believed this launch would change how marketers function, and we were right. Within weeks, Zenie was making headlines. Good AI Tools recognized ZEPIC as one of the best AI tools of 2024 in multiple categories.
Before Zenie, marketers had to do all the heavy lifting. But, now, all they have to do is type in the prompt and get a campaign ready in minutes.
Team Inbox also debuted in October 2024. It empowered businesses to manage and respond to customer inquiries from different channels—all in a single interface.
After weeks of intense preparation, ZEPIC was launched on Product Hunt on November 14th, 2024. We had our fingers crossed and hoped for the best, but the responses exceeded our expectations. Our team sure did have a busy day responding to the positive comments.

All through the year, our team worked hard to create an amazing product backed by the very best of service. We had our ears to the ground and kept on improvising based on customer feedback. Did we expect big rewards? Not exactly (okay, maybe just a little). But the recognition we got was beyond our imagination.
Our founders, Naveen and Sreelesh, were featured on Forbes India's Startup Friday podcast. We presented at the largest D2C event in South India, the D2C Connect, where we made many customers, partners, and friends for life. And just when we thought we’ve had our last speaking session for the year, Naveen and Bharathi Kannan were invited to speak at the Amazon Smbhav event, addressing over 3000 D2C owners and experts.
And the cherry on top? We had an incredible meetup with our friends at the Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) offices.
Together, we’re all set to transform India’s commerce ecosystem to be smarter, stronger, and more inclusive.
Oh, did we mention that we made our debut in the Spanish media?
The positive reviews we got on Gartner, Product Hunt, and G2 were certainly a testament to all our hard work this year.
Throughout the year, ZEPIC teamed up with some incredible players in the tech world to make a difference. The powerful partnerships we forged in the past few months helped us win awards and reach new milestones. We might be a small 25-member team inside the ZEPIC office, but we have the support of some remarkable global firms that are a huge driving force behind our big victories. Thank you team!
